Primary Role Focus:<p><br></p>The Saudi Arabia Technical Services Supervisor is a senior engineering role that includes the functions of a<p><br></p>Senior Technical Service Engineer, while providing supervision to the local engineering group and overseeing<p><br></p>projects and tasks. The Supervisor will ensure projects are completed with the highest level of technical<p><br></p>competency, efficiently and effectively. The Supervisor sets an example to demonstrate best practices for<p><br></p>engineering and job design, application of new technology, and identifies opportunities for improvement in<p><br></p>team efficiencies with a high emphasis on job file organization.<p><br></p><ul><li> Reports to the General Manager Saudi Arabia</li></ul><p><br></p>Key Tasks and Responsibilities<p><br></p><ul><li> Supervise, set direction, establish goals, and mentor Technical Services Engineering team members</li><li> Delegate work to team and self in the following areas:</li><li>Receive customer requests, and offer a variety of options</li><li>Coordinate with manufacturing for product quotes and delivery</li><li>Manage orders and projects from design through installation</li><li>Eliminate all job problems by utilizing engineering and operational resources</li><li>Act as a liaison between sales, manufacturing, field operations and engineering,</li></ul><p><br></p>communicating any innovative ideas, suggestions, recommendations, or concepts to the<p><br></p>design team for further development<p><br></p><ul><li> Review all incoming job proposals</li><li> Advocate and identify opportunities for running new technology, and propose future design</li></ul><p><br></p>projects that can benefit the region and company overall<p><br></p><ul><li> Verify that all workflow and summary records are maintained</li><li> Maintain communication with Engineering groups across different regions to relay best practices</li><li> Final review of all Field Trouble Report and Non-Conformance Report documentation</li><li> Anticipate potential issues, and take proactive measures in problem solving</li><li> Driven to accomplish objectives beyond what is expected</li></ul><p><br></p>Position Requirements<p><br></p><strong>Experience And Skills</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Ability to lead a team of engineers</li><li> Possess technical expertise in engineering principles, downhole and completion tool equipment, and</li></ul><p><br></p>Packers Plus specific technology<p><br></p><ul><li> Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills using a variety of media</li><li> Advanced proficiency with MS Office</li><li> Practical field knowledge/experience in downhole tools and fracturing stimulation</li></ul><p><br></p>Education and Training<p><br></p><ul><li> University Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum or other related field)</li><li> Professional engineering membership an asset</li><li> Basic safety training</li><li> Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li></ul><p><br></p>2<p><br></p>Physical, Business and Safety Requirements<p><br></p><ul><li> Significant use of computer monitor, keyboard and mouse</li><li> Sit at a desk for extended periods</li><li> Travel required</li></ul><p><br></p>Competencies<p><br></p>Packers Plus Values<p><br></p><ul><li> Operational Excellence</li><li> Innovation</li><li> Customer intimacy</li></ul><p><br></p>Role Competencies<p><br></p><ul><li> Drive for results</li><li> Action oriented</li><li> Customer Focus</li><li> Organizational savvy</li><li> Interpersonal skills</li><li> Leadership</li><li> Time management</li><li> Problem solving</li><li> Critical thinking</li></ul><p><br></p>Powered by JazzHR<p><br></p>Emg7rR2RQy
