<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Success Manager GCC</strong></p><p><strong>Department: Overseas Business Unit</strong></p><p><strong>Supervisor: Country Manager </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>Customer success is the liaison for customer service, whose main function is to serve customers using our products and services, and to solve any problems that may arise during product use.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>1. Assist in solving problems encountered by users during the use of the system, participate in training users, provide online and remote guidance and other after-sales technical support work.</p><p>2. Face customers, organize and implement online product introductions, operation training, etc.</p><p>3. Interact with customers via online to activate customers and stimulate product and service usage.</p><p>4. Timely feedback on user needs, forming a positive interaction with the R&D team and the product team.</p><p>5. Develop data analysis reports.</p><p>6. Other work assigned by the team.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><p>1. Bachelor’s degree or above, computer major is preferred.</p><p>2. Experience in after-sales and training of commercial software, online operation experience of the Internet, or live training experience is preferred.</p><p>3. Extensive practical experience, able to remotely solve customer software problems.</p><p>4. Good team spirit, interpersonal relationship and communication and collaboration skills.</p><p>5. Good at communication, strong expression ability, strong sense of responsibility, flexible and confident, and strong adaptability.</p>
