<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Collaborate with business/ technology stakeholders to understand their requirements and </p><p>translate them into comprehensive business architecture designs for upcoming product </p><p>initiatives.</p><p>• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, data flows, and systems to identify </p><p>areas for improvement and optimization in the context of data architecture technology for </p><p>financial crime prevention and payments innovation software.</p><p>• Develop and maintain business capability models, process maps, and data models that align </p><p>with EastNets’ strategic vision and support upcoming product roadmaps initiatives.</p><p>• Define and document business requirements, ensuring traceability to strategic goals and </p><p>objectives, specifically focusing on an advanced enterprise case manager for financial crime, </p><p>payments innovation, anti-money laundering, and financial crime detection products.</p><p>• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, technology, and </p><p>data science, to ensure seamless integration of business architecture designs with technical </p><p>solutions taking into account data from internal and external sources, and utilizing AI and </p><p>machine learning capabilities to provide the most value for our customers.</p><p>• Evaluate and recommend technology platforms and solutions that align with the goals of </p><p>improved data architecture, artificial intelligence, and machine learning in the context of </p><p>compliance and payments.</p><p>• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design and implement advanced analytics </p><p>models and algorithms for anti-money laundering and financial crime prevention.</p><p>• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the areas </p><p>of data architecture, financial crime prevention, and artificial intelligence.</p><p>• Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the product development </p><p>lifecycle, ensuring adherence to business architecture principles and standards.</p><p>• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and </p><p>effectiveness in the context of the upcoming product focus areas.</p><p>• Be the Business Architect and Principle PDM on new strategic cross-product enterprise </p><p>architecture roadmap initiatives including ECM, Universal Translator, Universal API and </p><p>cross product Initiatives for example Open Banking and Correspondent Banking,</p><p>• Works to develop an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, </p><p>cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques. </p><p>• Propagate down to all the enterprise product strategy and make sure all PDMs provide </p><p>input to the design and are aligned and have complete buy-in to the strategic product </p><p>design solution.</p><p>• Be the product subject matter expert of ECM with an in depth understanding of product </p><p>functionality and full ownership and accountability of the product roadmap.</p><p>• Strive to ensure product differentiators, providing a competitive advantage to Eastnets, is at </p><p>the forefront of all critical thinking of new product roadmaps.</p><p>• Provide input to product documentation (release notes, user guides) and ensure these are </p><p>prepared to a high-quality standard. Work closely with the Technical Writers to ensure </p><p>desired quality is achieved.</p><p>• Provide input to Market Research vendor evaluations including Chartis RiskTech 100 and </p><p>ensure Eastnets ranking improves year on year.</p><p>• Responsible for engaging with customers in order to gain first hand insight on the </p><p>customer’s and market feedback of new product launches.</p><p>• Provide Thought Leadership and Subject Matter Expertise including Blogs, Whitepapers, </p><p>Webinars, Customer Roadshows, Conferences, Marketing Events etc.</p><p>• Strive to meet or exceed all Key Performance Indicators and the wider PDM Team.</p><p>• Perform other work duties assigned by the Group Director of PDM that is commensurate </p><p>with the role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>• Have 8 years plus experience in a Business Architect or Senior PDM position or Senior IT </p><p>Leadership role.</p><p>• Business / solutions architecture and user experience in UX / UI design experience a must.</p><p>• Strong business acumen with a technical background in Financial Crimes (AML, Watchlist </p><p>Screening, Fraud) and Payments.</p><p>• Experience in financial sector; financial service providers, banking sector and other payment </p><p>industry.</p><p>• A broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for </p><p>strategy, processes and capabilities.</p><p>• The ability to apply architectural principles to business solutions.</p><p>• The ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected documentation and drawings, and </p><p>articulate their collective relevance to the organization and to high-priority business issues.</p><p>• The ability to visualize and create high-level models that can be used in future analysis to </p><p>extend and mature the business architecture.</p><p>• Must have excellent leadership qualities and have the ability to influence and inspire PDMs </p><p>and Technology Teams.</p><p>• Proven track record in product planning, defining, and launching successful products, </p><p>unifying product portfolios and understanding all product management aspects: planning, </p><p>budgeting, profitability, packaging, pricing and future plans.</p><p>• Excellent Communication Skills: for internal and external different communication needs.</p><p>• Excellent Analytical skills: ability to integrate diverse and complex information and data and </p><p>design refined strategies, solutions, workflows, and procedures.</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in technology (MIS, IT, Software Development), or an equivalent </p><p>combination of Education and technical/professional experience. MBA desirable.</p><p>• Strong English Command.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location and Working Conditions:</strong></p><p>• The role will be based at Eastnets Office in Amman, Jordan.</p><p>• Work Schedule: Full-time with the flexibility required to work additional hours to meet </p><p>deadlines</p>
