<p>NSF International are currently looking for a Hospitality Auditors to join our Independent Contractors team in Morocco to further ensure and grow our department of Retail &amp; Supplier Assurance.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>RESPONSIBILITES:</u></strong></p><p>· Conduct food safety inspections/audits.</p><p>· Coaching / training at client’s sites</p><p>· Summarize and evaluate inspection/audit findings.</p><p>· Communicate findings/results of inspections/audits with client site management or appropriate client representatives.</p><p>· Collect food, product or environmental samples from client sites and ship samples to appropriate laboratories for testing.</p><p>· Develop effective work plans for the completion of assigned inspections/audits within a determined timeframe.</p><p>· Establish and maintain effective communication with key team members including audit delivery and client teams.</p><p>· Perform other duties as requested.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>THE CANDIDATE WE ARE LOOKING FOR MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:</u></strong></p><p><strong>· Degree / Diploma in a food related science/ Bioscience or food engineering discipline</strong></p><p><strong>· Must have a Minimum of 1 year of Retail experience</strong></p><p><strong>· Relevant 3 years work experience in the food industry, involving work in quality assurance or food safety functions within manufacturing, packing and inspection. </strong></p><p>· Candidate to have knowledge of retail activities of usual products found on shelves (e.g. bakery/pastry, butchery, fishmonger, fruits/vegetables, cheese/cold meats)</p><p>· Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p><p>· Willingness and ability to travel</p><p>· Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint</p><p><br></p><p>Apply now!
