Frontend Team Lead

<p>Sortech A Technologies, a Jordanian Company that is expanding in Cairo is in search of a proficient FrontEnd Team Lead (Angular) to join our team. As a team leader, you will be responsible for the technical direction of the project and the quality standards of the development process. you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects with a talented team of developers.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).</li><li>Strong experience in Angular development, with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience in building complex web applications.</li><li>Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers, fostering collaboration, and driving results.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Angular framework, including Angular 10+ and Angular Material.</li><li>Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SASS, and related web technologies.</li><li>Solid understanding of front-end architecture, design patterns, and best practices.</li><li>Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.</li><li>Familiarity with server-side technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express) is a plus.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.</li><li>A track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and performant web applications.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead a team of talented Angular developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.</li><li>Design and architect scalable and maintainable Angular applications.</li><li>Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.</li><li>Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to established guidelines.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including performance optimization and debugging.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest Angular developments and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on our projects.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement in processes, tools, and frameworks.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end components with backend systems.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Join Sortech A Technologies:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a dynamic and talented team of professionals.</li><li>Chance to contribute to the development of innovative software solutions.</li><li>Professional growth and career advancement opportunities.</li></ul><p></p>
