UI/UX Designer

Job Description

<p>We are looking for a talented UI designer to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences.</p><p><br></p><p><em>Job Responsibilities</em></p><ul><li>Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers</li><li>Conduct an ongoing UX research</li><li>Ideate &amp; implement new designs</li><li><span>Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, user flows and sitemaps…etc</span></li><li>Design user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets</li><li>Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like</li><li>Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders</li><li>Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images</li><li>Optimize existing user interface designs</li><li>Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements</li><li>Create prototypes for new product ideas</li><li>Test new ideas before implementing</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>Job Requirements</em></p><ul><li>1+ years of experience as an UI-UX Designer</li><li>UI design portfolio</li><li>Strong Knowledge of Adobe XD/Figma</li><li>Strong Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Ability to discuss and explain design options</li><li>Detail oriented</li><li>Critical thinker</li><li>Problem solver and customer-centered</li><li><span>Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction </span></li><li>Knowledge in HTML5 &amp; CSS3 is plus</li></ul>
