Job Description
Job brief<p><br></p>Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p>1. Identify and designing business processes for automation.<p><br></p>2. Analyze and document client solution architecture to support Intelligent Automation.<p><br></p>3. Provide troubleshooting technical support for complex issues raised by clients. <p><br></p>4. Infrastructure engineering, monitoring, and networking experience within an enterprise IT environment.<p><br></p>5. Set up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error. <p><br></p>5. Produce process documentation in order to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward.<p><br></p>6. Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and prevent any potential bugs.<p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><strong>Education:</strong><p><br></p>1. Bachelor degree of Computer Science from a reputable university.<p><br></p><strong>Experience:</strong><p><br></p>1. Minimum 4 years of experience in the same field.<p><br></p>2. Basic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).<p><br></p>3. Experience with Databases, such as SQL and NoSQL.<p><br></p>4. UiPath advanced Developer certificates is a must.<p><br></p><strong>Skills and Abilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Fluent English and Arabic is a must.</li><li> Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple concurrent.<br></li></ul><p><br></p>3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.<p><br></p>4. Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients.<p><br></p>5. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.<p><br></p>6. Proficiency in PowerShell script, VB script ,JavaScript.
