<p><strong>Purpose of the Role</strong></p><p>Under the supervision of line manager, you will be responsible for the supply and access to allocated centers, in the respective geographical area of Egypt, for registered products. In compliance with local market laws and regulations, including education and provision of instructions for allocated NewBridge Neurodegenerative Products in the Institutions where the products are enlisted and/or are available for named patients.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Required Competencies, Qualifications and Experience</strong></p><p>· Graduate, with a Medical Professional Degree (e.g., Pharmacy, Medicine, etc.)</p><p>· Minimum of two years competent and consistent performance as a Medical Representative or Product Specialist in an MNC Pharmaceutical/healthcare company</p><p>· Previous experience working with Multiple Sclerosis is essential</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities & Accountabilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>1 Education & Information </strong></p><ul><li>Under the supervision of the line manager, the Product Specialist is responsible for providing education to the HCPs for assigned enlisted NewBridge Product(s) within Institutions</li><li>Under the supervision of the line manager, the Product Specialist is responsible for providing instructions to the HCPs for assigned enlisted NewBridge Product(s) within Institutions</li><li>Under the supervision of the Line manager, supply & access for NewBridge Products on a named patient basis in respective centers</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>2 HCP Relationships </strong></p><ul><li>Prepare a call cycle for the HCPs in the respective institutions/centers (where required) and agreement of the call cycle with Line manager prior to implementation</li><li>Obtain research and full background information on each institutional HCP prior to visit</li><li>Visit prospective HCPS as per the Call Cycle, and deliver effective presentations, provides technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and provide appropriate pricing information, in line with the relevant product label and as per SFE guidelines (KPI: minimum of 90% of scheduled calls each cycle)</li><li>Manage daily itinerary and route schedule to maximize efficiency</li><li>Refer to medical lead with regards to requests from the Centers relating to information, not stated in the Product Label, as per local laws and regulations</li><li>Manage day-to-day HCP relations and development of long-term relationships, and ensure high levels of satisfaction</li><li>Maintain up-to-date records on each HCP/Institution and other stakeholders (where required) and submission of reports on a timely basis (as agreed by supervisor)</li><li>Regularly evaluate each HCP</li><li>Review and revise call cycle in line with evaluation, and with agreement of supervisor </li><li>Ensure all activities are compliant with NewBridge’s Code of Business Conduct, and embody NewBridge Core Values and Leadership Expectations</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>3 Feedback</strong></p><ul><li>Provide feedback to line manager relating to product, medical and marketing information</li><li>Proactively provide improvement action(s) to enhance performance </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>4 Therapeutic Area Knowledge Level</strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrate a high level of knowledge in the Neurodegenerative therapeutic area</li><li>Ensure that all information regarding respective therapeutic area and related NewBridge product(s) is fully understood </li><li>Regularly review clinical updates, materials and training manuals on respective therapeutic area and related NewBridge product(s) </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>5 Other</strong></p><ul><li>Manage expense budget</li><li>Collaborate with other key functions, e.g., Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and Medical Affairs on key accounts/products</li><li>Store all NewBridge Property, including samples, product information, etc. in a safe and secure manner, to prevent damage, deterioration, or loss, in line with procedures and guidelines</li></ul><p></p>
