The ideal candidate will be Client experience-oriented with high communication skills and an efficient set of skills in problem-solving.</p><p><br></p><p>The job responsibilities and qualifications for the vacancy are as follows:</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Telesales Representative Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>路 Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone, WhatsApp and Online Meeting</p><p>路 Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.</p><p>路 Listening to the customers’ needs to generate Successful Leads and increase the conversation rates</p><p>路 Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products & services</p><p>路 Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products & services</p><p>路 Answering customers’ questions & inquiries on the products and services.</p><p>路 Meeting sales quotas.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Telesales Representative Skills/Qualifications:</u></strong></p><p>路 Excellent communication skills.</p><p>路 Very Good in English language.</p><p>路 2-3 years of experience in this field.</p><p>路 Creative thinking skills.</p><p>路 The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.</p><p>路 Good sales ability.</p><p>路 Working knowledge of relevant computer software.</p><p>路 Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.</p><p>路 The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.</p><p>路 Good command of Arabic and English both oral and written and customer service skills.</p>
