<p>Scope of Position</p><p><br></p><p>The Barista is responsible for high level of service standards and quality maintained for hot beverages throughout the food and beverage outlets in coordination with outlets managers and operations manager.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><p>Report to work on schedule time, wearing the proper uniform and name badge</p><p>Maintain a clean and safe work environment</p><p>Be aware of all hotel services and promotions in order to assist any guests</p><p>Keep an up-to-date knowledge of the menus and hot beverage list.</p><p>Create standard operating procedure for all the outlets.</p><p>Conduct weekly monthly audits to maintain the Coffee, Tea service standards.</p><p>Conduct beverage training for all the associates</p><p>Continue to learn and educate themselves on whole bean knowledge, coffee blends, tea products, bakery items, coffee brewing, and blended products.</p><p>Participate in all sales promotions effectively and efficiently by creating yearly promotional calendar.</p><p>Ensure all the artworks and collaterals are ready for the special events and execute accordingly.</p><p>Safely handle all hot and cold drinks during drink preparation.</p><p>Ensure that all team members are educated on our products and services.</p><p>Maintain the highest quality, consistent product standards.</p><p>Follow all Company drink recipes and procedures.</p><p>Pass monthly re-certifications in a timely manner.</p><p>Perform monthly audit to maintain standards.</p><p>Conduct daily line-ups with colleagues to keep them updated with all relevant information</p><p>Ensure that standards are maintained and all documentation pertaining to standards are utilized (i.e. F&amp;B Basics, Process Briefs, etc…) each shift.</p><p>Check presence of staff and physical appearance</p><p>Supervises and assists in service for VIPs/ SA etc…</p><p>Check outgoing orders for accurate set ups.</p><p>Do daily beverage requisitions.</p><p>Conduct regular floor walks.</p><p>Oversee equipment breakdown and linen sorting.</p><p>Collaborate with suppliers and arrange the product training.</p><p>Create the concept for hot beverage for the outdoor caterings.</p><p>Ensure communication with in-coming shift.</p><p>Together with the Manager, is responsible for progressive corrective action for colleagues/ leaders when performance issues occur.: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>[Be specific when describing each of the responsibilities.
