Weβre a business operating in a fast-moving and competitive global environment, and so we need employees to be flexible about their Roles and Responsibilities.</p><p> </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>ROLE OVERVIEW</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>The Marketing Coordinator Is responsible for developing the marketing plan and subsequent activities for the group businesses via increased exposure with events, social, digital & print media with a strong focus on B2B marketing.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p> <strong>KEY OBJECTIVES</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li> Ownership and management of marketing plan, social media, and event calendar.</li><li> Optimize our group brands and products across our entire online/social and digital presence.</li><li> Admin and support of marketing budget of assigned businesses/brands with the approval of the Head of Marketing.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li> Collaborate with internal departments, such as the rest of marketing, business leaders, sales divisions, and external suppliers, and implement marketing strategies.</li><li> Manage effective external and internal marketing and communications, dynamic content and ensure consistency with digital comms channels as well as adhering to brand guidelines.</li><li> Helping to plan, create and administer regular competitions and giveaways across major social media channels to grow audiences.</li><li> Collaborate with designers to produce best class content, whilst also working on design tasks directly.</li><li> Manage the leads and the database through CRM omnichannel for the businesses assigned.</li><li> Support with organising and attending trade shows and exhibitions.</li><li> Help with SEO and SEM article creation, GDA etc.</li><li> Prepare comprehensive design briefs and work with external suppliers to produce all marketing and communications materials (brochures, adverts, leaflets etc).</li><li> Review best practices and share learning and ideas cross all group areas and </li><li> Prepare monthly report on all activities, metrics , post event reviews and KPIβs.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong> </strong> <strong>Qualifications & Equivalent Experience</strong></p><ul><li> University Degree in Business Marketing or other related fields.</li><li> Design skills in Photoshop, illustrator, or IN Design</li><li> Experience in leading successful marketing brief projects from initial idea to execution.</li><li> Experience in leading multi-channel marketing and communications plans, including social and digital campaigns, brochures, leaflets, email newsletters, features, etc.</li></ul><p><br></p><p> <strong>Skills (Technical and Soft Skills) & Knowledge</strong></p><ul><li> Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.</li><li> Ability to write, edit and proofread copy to a high standard.</li><li> Proven verbal and written communication skills.</li><li> The ability to multi-task and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li> Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies,</li><li> Strong understanding of e-commerce best-practice and digital marketing.</li><li> Knowledge of market research techniques.</li><li> Skills and experience in creative content writing.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES</strong></p><p><strong>Entrepreneurship</strong></p><p>Must be an Opportunity seeker, can take the initiative, can-do attitude, adaptable to a fast-paced culture, and have a positive outlook. </p><p><strong>Service Excellence</strong></p><p>Must be the best at what they do and go the extra mile.
