Job Description
<p>We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Level Sales Director to join our dynamic team at Kineo GmbH UAE. As a Senior Level Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales department, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and driving business growth across MENA region.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>路 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.</p><p>路 Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team to maximize their potential and productivity.</p><p>路 Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.</p><p>路 Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition</p><p>路 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.</p><p>路 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials.</p><p>路 Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to the executive team.</p><p>路 Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team</p><p>路 Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards</p><p>路 Continuously assess and improve sales processes, tools, and technologies to optimize sales operations</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>路 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
