Our client is a global multinational information technology company.<p><br></p><strong><u>Required Experience</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>12 15+ years of experience in Mobile Access Design and Optimization</li><li>Experience acquired with major Operators (preferably Western Operators)</li><li>Note: the focus is on Network Design, not Optimization</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Desired Skills &amp; Knowledge</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Proficiency in business acumen</li><li>Advanced proficiency in data collection &amp; analysis</li><li>Advanced proficiency in reporting skills</li><li>Excellence in network design principles</li><li>Advanced proficiency in project management skills</li><li>Proficiency in using a major network planning tool (Atoll, Asset, Planet..)</li><li>Proficiency with MS Office, Google Earth, and Map Info.</li></ul><p><br></p><u><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></u><p><br></p><ul><li>Manages the day-to-day team operations within a specified scope, by undertaking related work processes and ensuring accuracy.</li><li>Extended 2G/3G/4G/5G network design experience, with at least one of the three main RF vendors.</li><li>Spectrum evolution and BW expansion experience and strategy design.</li><li>Leads the analysis of the collated reports and evaluates the performance of the current architecture, systems, and equipment.</li><li>Assists in the implementation and maintenance of the designed circuits, network, systems, and equipment.</li><li>Supervises the testing of circuits, systems, and equipment, in order to ensure that it meets functional specifications.</li><li>Supervises the evaluation of existing and potential systems/equipment, in order to identify irregularities/discrepancies.</li><li>Supervises network dimensioning and capacity planning for new services.</li><li>Supervises vulnerability tests in order to assist senior management in assessing security risks to the systems and equipment.</li></ul>
