<p>We are looking for a dynamic competent office manager for the chairman to provide support in different functions.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications and Skills:</p><p>A candidates should possess the following:</p><p> </p><p>Requires Qualification:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration qualification or Any related field.</li><li>Experience as an administrative or office manager </li></ul><p> </p><p>Necessary Skills:</p><ul><li>Organizational and time management skills </li><li>Analytical Abilities </li><li>Exceptional Attention To Details </li><li>Interpersonal Skills</li><li>Advanced Computer Skills with an Aptitude to Learn new systems and procedures.</li><li>Hands On Experience with office machines and Equipment</li></ul><p> </p><p>Preferred Skills:</p><ul><li>Experience developing internal system. </li></ul><p> </p><p>Office Manager Duties and Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Oversees General Office Operation and Gives reports to the Management </li><li>Coordinates appointments and schedules and manages Staff Calendars </li><li>Manges Filling Systems and office supplies , Maintains IT infrastructures and Keeps inventory of Orders.</li><li>oversees staff Interactions and responds to their Queries and office management Issues </li><li>Monitors office Management and designs innovative work Systems </li><li>Plans All in house or off Site activities of the organization</li><li>Arranges Travel Process including Flights and Car rentals </li><li>Checking Final Documents Represented to Chairman </li><li>This Vacancy is located in Alexandria, Egypt.</li><li>Salary from 10,000L.E to 18,000 L.E + Monthly Bonus </li><li>For Non-Residents in Alexandria, We Provide Guest room For Accommodation Full Board.</li><li>We Provide Medical Insurance.</li></ul><p><br></p>
