You will report to the Site Leader β HBT Saudi and matrix into the HBT EMEA Material Management Director with the opportunity to develop and demonstrate your planning skills and play an instrumental role in the success of the company.<br><br>As a Production Planning/Material Management Supervisor, you will initial take on all responsibilities for the site day to day production planning and material requirements that will eventually lead to managing team of Production Planners and Material Planners across for the HBT Saudi site that is being developed. You will support your direct and indirect leaders in the Site and Planning to execute the vision and goals for your Production Planning function and manage the people and processes to achieve this.<br><br>You will partner with the SBG / CORP COE and SME’s to deploy the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and facilitate the full adoption of RapidResponse planning tools across your network.<br><br>You will oversee the monthly Production Planning process cycle for HBT Saudi Site, and ensure finished goods production plans align to the sites Supply Plans and achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within the business goals. You will ensure the network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules optimize the labour and machine resources whilst achieving the business goals for cost control, productivity and working capital.<br><br>The role takes responsibility to ensure raw materials replenishment plans align to the network Supply & Production Plans and achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within the business goals. You will ensure the network Materials Requirements Plans (MRP) will satisfy the network Constrained Master Production Schedules (MPS). You will work with the master data teams to ensure all BOM and master data in the ERP system is correct and up to date. You will own the plan for every part (PFEP) analysis and will ensure the correct stock entitlement is reflected in the systems and adhered to.<br><br>You will be closely involved in product lifecycle events and transitions to ensure the network production strategy and raw material plans delivers on the product portfolio vitality goals. You will partner with the supply and materials planning leaders to create and execute your sites Production plans. You will attend monthly SIOP Supply Review meetings at the HBT Saudi Site level to approve the sites production plans and to present these and the associated risks and mitigating plans to the Functional & Business leadership in the Supply Review Meetings.<br><br>You will create and drive a positive working environment and culture of continuous improvement throughout your organization to achieve the best possible outcome from your resources. Focusing on building a world-class team, utilizing and deploying Lean Six Sigma techniques, driving continuous improvement activities and achievement of superior performance across all KPIs (Key Performance Initiatives).<br><br><strong><u>Job Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li> Review changes in the net demand requirements / Supply Plan / DRP</li><li> Push In’s and Pull Out’s of planned & firm production orders</li><li> Create Constrained MPS – Master Production Schedule for the site/network</li><li> Create and Review the site rough cut capacity plans (Cell, Prod Line etc)</li><li> Identify and address capacity constraints</li><li> Actively resolving issues with demand, capacity constraints and material availability</li><li> Collaborate with supply & material planners to resolve issues</li><li> Close involvement with prod Marketing for NPI/EOL/Promotion/Projects/Product Lifecycle</li><li> Active participant in std transition processes</li><li> Supports Inventory/materials Planner in maintaining accurate planning parameters / material master data</li><li> Review of the capacity and constrained Supply plans in the SIOP cycle</li><li> Defining the vision & driving strategy for raw materials planning and execution</li><li> Driving transformation initiatives and deployment of the Honeywell GDM and RR adoption</li><li> Lead and establishing a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence</li><li> Drives the implementation of the site RM PFEP process</li><li> Sets stocking and replenishment strategies Push vs Pull to support maximum service with minimum Inventories to meet AOP</li><li> Own and ensuring material master accuracy</li><li> Define and maintain quota arrangements/multiple sourced items</li><li> Identify MOQ/EOQ/Lot sizes outside of entitlement and working with strategic sourcing to resolve</li><li> Work closely with commodity management to address supply availability for constrained commodities and provide recommended solutions</li><li> Identify and solve problems in and out of the immediate work area independently and ensure materials are ordered and in stock to meet supply requirements</li><li> Continuously improve material management processes to drive better business results</li><li> Support clients to solve escalations and achieve metrics</li><li> Identify material related issues and work with procurement to resolve material constraints</li><li> Coordinate engineering change activities with procurement and/or Honeywell sites</li><li> Owning KPI’s for supply – OTFP, Past Due, Site Inventory, MPS Load & Schedule Adherence<br></li></ul><strong><u>Basic Qualifications<br></u></strong><ul><li> Min 5 years of experience in Supply Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management or other Sales Inventory & Operations Planning related functional area. </li><li> SAP knowledge and use</li><li> S&OP Knowledge</li><li> Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills. </li><li> Arabic & English language (spoken and written)</li><li> Six Sigma Green Belt min</li><li> Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate</li><li> Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers</li><li> Proficient in Microsoft applications<br></li></ul><strong><u>Desirable Qualifications<br></u></strong><ul><li> Degree in a related operations management or supply chain management or equivalent </li><li> Six Sigma Lean Expert </li><li> APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPF certification preferred<br></li></ul>Additional Information<br><ul><li>JOB ID: HRD197822</li><li>Category: Integrated Supply Chain</li><li>Location: Emdad Industrial City, Al-Barakah Block,,Al-Mubarakah District,Dammam,EASTERN PROVINCE,Saudi Arabia</li><li>Exempt</li></ul><li></li>
