<p>We are looking for <strong> Web developer Team Leader</strong>&nbsp; </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong> :</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams.</li><li>Answer questions from staff and provide guidance and feedback.</li><li>Participating in design and architecture sessions with key business users, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the system</li><li>Architecting the CRM &amp; systems, related customizations, and reports to model the business organizational process.</li><li>Advising business users on best practices for CRM &amp; systems, development, or integration processes</li><li>Building and configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and Dynamics Portals</li><li>Developing customized reports.</li><li>Working with internal support members to resolve technical issues with servers, database, SSRS and other related technologies to the internal CRM &amp; systems.</li><li>Effectively utilize SDK and 3rd party tools.</li><li>Support of the application including fixing application issues</li><li>Design workflow based on client requirements. </li><li>Create professional proposal based on project elements and requirements. </li><li>Preparing reports and analyzing data to assist management as they determine call center goals.</li><li>Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action, if necessary.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong> :</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in the IT field or what’s equivalent to it.</li><li>Proven experience as CRM/web developer supervisor or similar supervisory position</li><li>Strong written communications especially related to articulating technical specifications.</li><li>4 years at least of experience with CRM &amp; IT projects.</li><li>Experience in customizations, PHP, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, Silverlight, MVC, SQL Server, SSRS including plugins, scripting, and form creation.</li><li>Experience with API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints</li><li>Proficient in English; Good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus.</li><li>Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures</li><li>Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities</li><li>Excellent organizational and leadership skills.</li><li>Knowledge of using reporting tools like Power PI</li></ul>
