Job Description
<p>Main Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ol><li>Prepare correspondence, reports, power point documents and materials for publications, communication and presentations.</li><li>Maintain VPs schedule and contact database.</li><li>Set up travel arrangements (arrange air tickets and hotel reservations) and coordinate meetings and conferences. </li><li>Prepare, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.</li><li>Perform general office duties such as prepare requisition for stationary requirements of the department, keep track of inward and outward correspondence.</li><li>Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system for management records, reports and other documents. Adhere to ISO 9002 requirements for any documentations and record keeping.</li><li>Answer telephones and provide information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. </li><li>Maintin proper documenation. </li></ol><p><br></p><p>Professional Qualifications & Experience Required:</p><ul><li>Diploma in Administration. Certificate in Secretariat, preffered. At least 1 year experience in similar role.</li></ul>
