<ul><li>Take full ownership and accountability for the app’s technical development, serving as the key decision-maker for all technology-related aspects.</li><li>Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance for our mobile app development.</li><li>Oversee the design, development, and deployment of our mobile app on iOS and Android platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and business executives, to align technical decisions with business goals.</li><li>Manage and mentor mobile app development teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.</li><li>Ensure code quality, scalability, and security standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.</li><li>Evaluate and implement best practices, tools, and technologies to optimize development processes.</li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and mobile app development practices.</li><li>Participate in the recruitment and hiring process to build a skilled and efficient development team.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven experience in mobile app development, preferably with expertise in either iOS or Android development. Familiarity with both platforms is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.</li><li>Knowledge of backend development using MEAN Stack architecture (MongoDB, Express, Angular, and NodeJS) or similar technologies.</li><li>Previous experience in a leadership role, managing teams or projects, and providing technical oversight.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management practices.</li><li>A passion for staying updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in mobile app development.</li></ul>
