As a Russian-Speaking Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and providing exceptional sales service to Russian-speaking clients.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ol><li>Cultivate relationships with Russian-speaking customers, both in person and over the phone, to understand their automotive needs and preferences.</li><li>Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their requirements, budget, and preferences, providing detailed product information.</li><li>Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and technical specifications of various vehicles to potential buyers, answering any questions or concerns they may have.</li><li>Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers, ensuring a transparent and customer-centric approach to the sales process.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the dealership.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest industry trends, vehicle models, and market conditions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong customer database, following up with potential leads and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients.</li><li>Assist with after-sales service and support, addressing any customer inquiries or issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction.</li><li>Participate in sales events, promotions, and marketing activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness within the Russian-speaking community.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments such as finance, service, and inventory to ensure a seamless customer experience.</li></ol><p>Requirements:</p><ol><li>Fluency in both spoken and written Russian and English is essential for effective communication with Russian-speaking clients.</li><li>Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.</li><li>Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of automotive products, features, and industry trends.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.</li></ol>
