<p>You will be working Part time Client Care Coordinator of the doctor on her clinic in Abu Dhabi 2 times a week. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><span>As a </span>Client Care Coordinator (Part Time) of a doctor<span>, you will be responsible for successfully managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls, whatsapp and social media inquiry. </span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>Additional duties for this </span><span>Client Care Coordinator i</span><span>nclude: </span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Greeting and welcoming client’s /Guest.</span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To Carry out a range of administrative task in relation to the day to day running of your doctor schedule and patient.</span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Providing administrative support and customer service to clients.</span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Handling calls inbound and outbound calls and ensure providing correct and accurate information. </span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Book appointments and double confirm them.</span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Confirm appointments / schedule.</span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Engaging with inhouse clients and updating them about departments and offer of your doctor services.</span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Developing the knowledge of client needs and trends to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.</span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Handling campaigns outcome (Entering leads data, call and provide adequate information about treatments and offers, capture client’s attention and book for treatment)</span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Handling client’s enquiries and complaints by inbound calls, WhatsApp and email. </span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.</span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Liaise between clients and team members.</span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Convey clients’ concerns, complaints and enquiries to the doctor. </span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>Qualifications</span></p><p><span>.
