<p>TVG Realtors, a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate company, is seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Marketer, Content Creator, and Videographer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual looking to make an impact in real estate marketing through innovative content and social media strategies.</p><p><br></p><p>🔹Job Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.</li><li>Create, edit, and publish high-quality content including images, videos, and blog posts, tailored to different social media platforms.</li><li>Monitor trends in social media, real estate, and digital marketing to ensure that the content remains relevant.</li><li>Film and edit videos, including property tours, interviews, and promotional material.</li><li>Engage with our audience through social media by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.</li><li>Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to optimize content and strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a cohesive brand message.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>🔹Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience in social media marketing and content creation.</li><li>Proficiency in videography and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.</li><li>Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to produce creative and engaging content.</li><li>Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.</li><li>Basic understanding of real estate industry is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>🔹What We Offer:</p><ul><li>Competitive salary ( AED 3500 to AED 5000 ) and benefits.</li><li>A vibrant work environment with opportunities for career growth.</li><li>Access to the latest tools and technologies.</li><li>The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an innovative and growing company.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>To apply, please submit your resume, portfolio, and a brief cover letter explaining why you are the ideal candidate for this position to marketing@tvgrealtors.com .
