<strong>Job Title<br><br></strong>IAM Technical Support Engineer<br><br><strong>Reports to<br><br></strong>Manager, Cybersecurity<br><br><strong><u>Key Accountabilities<br><br></u></strong>Manage & maintain Identity Management Solutions (Sailpoint & ForgeRock)<br><br><strong>Sailpoint Identity IQ<br></strong><ul><li>Managing end to end of SailPoint Access Governance and Management.</li><li>Managing User Provisioning, Access Certifications, Access Request, Workflow, Delegated Administration, and Password Self-Service in SailPoint Identity.</li><li>Managing SailPoint deployment activities – connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and development, third party system integration.</li><li>Strong experience with J2EE / Java EE 5 Application Server such as Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, or WebLogic.<br></li></ul><strong>ForgeRock <br></strong><ul><li>Manage end to end of ForgeRock Identity and Access Management Platform.</li><li>Deployment, management & maintenance of ForgeRock platform including OpenAM, OpenIDM, OpenIG and OpenDJ</li><li>Development, production support and upgrade activities for ForgeRock application, maintenance & monitoring of ForgeRock infrastructure and functions.</li><li>Thorough understanding and work experience for technologies such as Header based Single Sign On, SAML, OAuth, etc.</li><li>Experience with ForgeRock OpenIDM (Identity management) system for On-time provisioning / de-provisioning.</li><li>Experience working with LDAP directories like OpenDJ</li><li>Should have good developer skills – Java/J2EE.</li><li>Experience in Azure services.</li><li>Troubleshooting skills are a must.</li></ul>
