Job Description
🔸Job requirements:<br><br>◽️ Licenses: License to practice the legal profession (valid).<br>◽️ Level of experience: 5 years with a minimum of work in the legal field (experience in the field of private and corporate law is preferred)<br>◽️ Required language: Arabic – English with full proficiency, spoken and written.<br><br>🔸Job description and skills:<br><br>The work of a lawyer is represented by the use of the electronic skills required to carry out the work of drafting memos and legal regulations, studying cases and drafting legal opinions, (in Arabic and English), pleading before the competent courts, ending procedural transactions, establishing companies and dealing with their periodic procedures as well. The work of a lawyer may include holding meetings and direct communication With clients, for that all requires the availability of the following skills:<br><br>◽️Readiness and commitment to work in general, and in particular to appointments and the level of quality of service<br>◽️ Proficiency in dealing with Office programs and websites providing electronic government services<br>◽️ Good research and effective communication skill<br>◽️ Proficiency in teamwork according to systems and procedures.<br><br>◽️ Basic knowledge of relevant laws in the legal field in general, and preferably also in the field of private law.<br><br>🔸Salary and benefits:<br><br>It is determined according to the criteria after conducting the personal interview.
