Oracle Operation Implementation Manager
Job Description
<p>For a big reputable company in Riyadh, KSA, we are looking for qualified candidates,</p><p>Responsible for coordinating and supporting all implementation and after implementation of Oracle operations and manufacturing management systems.</p><p><strong><u>Job Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>1. <strong>Operations Application:</strong> Assists/responds to the Operations team day-to-day system related requirements and attending to improve the processes facilitating the mission.</p><p>2. <strong>Applications Training: </strong>Supports end-users on the system ensuring the end user is constantly aware of new functionalities and use the system efficiently though regular trainings including front tools and Back Office application</p><p>3. <strong>Tracking & Following-up:</strong> Tracks/monitors daily the efficiency of day activity cycle and coordinates on issues pending to resolve.</p><p>4. <strong>Reporting:</strong> Updates Operations Track Manager on the implementation status and ask for assistance when needed to ensure successful/timely implementation.</p><p>5. <strong>Operations Requests:</strong> Updates/executes Operations day-to-day requests (official procedural forms) on the back office and establishes a logging system for day-to-day front/back ends activity issues to support the Operations staff.</p><p>6. <strong>Planning: </strong>Develop project plans, assign tasks and follow up to ensure timely completion.</p><p>7. <strong>Process Analysis:</strong> Perform business process analysis, gain a thorough understanding of existing processes and procedures to produce a recommended business process</p><p>8. <strong>PR/PO Cycle: </strong>Works closely with the HR/Finance/Sales/supply chain user teams to ensure the PR/PO cycle is working effectively and enhance it continuously to deliver better results.</p><p>9. <strong>System Support & Troubleshooting:</strong> Report application bugs to Database administrator.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job context:</u></strong></p><p><strong>Scope</strong>: Deals with the testing of new application and fault finding, creating/modifications of process flows, working with computer coding languages and data extensive migrations.</p><p><strong>Contextual Factors:</strong> Deals with highly technical & sensitive data.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul><li>B.Sc. in Computer Science, Masterβs Degree in computer is an advantage.</li><li>Experience: 3-5 years proven experience of implementation and supporting Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM), Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP).</li><li>Project Management experience is a strong plus.</li><li>Large scale complex servicing implementation experience preferred.</li><li>Energetic and flexible in his approach to working hours, which will be unpredictable and on occasions demanding.</li><li>Arabic Bilingual is a plus.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communications.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Skills:</u></strong></p><p>ο· Logical thinking</p><p>ο· Self-confidence</p><p>ο· Innovation</p><p>ο· Effective communication</p>
