We are delighted to be recuriting for a HiPo Program Manager<p><br></p><strong>About the Role:</strong><p><br></p>We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HIPO (High Potential) Program Manager to join our People team. The HIPO Program Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive development program for our company’s high-potential employees. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a passion for helping individuals reach their full potential.<p><br></p><strong>Key Respomsbilities and Accountabilties:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Design and implement a comprehensive HiPo development program, including training, coaching, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.</li><li>Work with HRBPs to identify high-potential employees and create individualized development plans.</li><li>Manage the delivery of training programs and coaching sessions, ensuring they align with the company’s overall strategy and goals.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate the success of the HiPo program and make continuous improvements as needed.</li><li>Maintain and manage the HiPo development budget.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to HiPo development and incorporate relevant insights into the program.</li><li>Provide regular reports and updates on the HiPo program to senior management. – Mange and collaborate with the assessment and learning partners.</li><li>Collaborate with the Performance & Reward team to ensure the HiPo program integrates with other talent management initiatives.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in talent management, employee development, or a related field.</li><li>Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable development plans.</li><li>Passion for helping and developing talent to reach their full potential and drive their professional growth.</li><li>Familiarity with best practices and industry trends related to HiPo development.</li><li>Experience with budget management and financial analysis</li></ul>
