<p><strong>Experience Requirements and Skills: (In Detail):</strong></p><ul><li>0-2 years of experience in business development/account management, preferably with a media company, or other digital media property with good knowledge of elements of digital media (Programmatic is a plus).</li><li>Analytical, able to solve problems, articulate solutions, and analyze and report upon data.</li><li>Confident – in escalating business-critical issues internally/externally, able to effectively liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders (Pub Support, Planning team, and Publishers).</li><li>Excellent communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>High proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint.</li><li>Team player –able to work cross-functionally, build relationships, and share knowledge.</li><li>Bilingual English/Arabic is a plus.</li><li>Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Description of Job Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Mastering all reporting, measurement, and data tools (Google Ad Manager, IAS, and Lotame).</li><li>Responsible for assisting the account managers in closely monitoring publisher performance (Ads running on-site, understanding campaign KPIs, monitoring relevancy of Ads on websites).</li><li>Exploring monetization strategies for publishers.</li><li>Effective communication with multi-disciplinary teams.</li><li>Manage the day-to-day relationship to ensure the quality of our Supply, and monitor performance daily to ensure proper delivery and troubleshoot or escalate issues.</li><li>Consolidating performance reports (Inventory, Viewability, etc…)</li></ul>
