<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Handle all the contract preparation processes.</li><li>Respond to all inquiries related to the contract; expected delivery date or any changes/updates to the project phases.</li><li>Contribute all the after-sales services to the clients.</li><li>Respond to all inquiries related to the contract; expected delivery date or any changes/updates to the project phases.</li><li>Contribute to submitting the reports and documentation regarding the clients.</li><li>Organize the daily work flow of the Collection Process.</li><li>Sending any data update received from the client to the operation team to add to our sales team</li><li>Prepare the Clearance form before the client goes to the handover team.</li><li>Follow up with the Engineering dept. about the handover dates.</li><li>Following up with the clients for the collection process of all their outstanding payments to end up the case with (Cancellation, Reschedule, Downgrading or Upgrading)</li><li>Co-ordination for any client site visit (coordinates between the client and the site engineer).</li><li>Contacting the clients at the beginning of each month to inform them with new due amounts and monitoring their payment method to share with finance to settle the outstanding payments.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Real Estate developer experience is a must.</li><li>3-6 Years of working Experience in same position min 2 years in a developer, Real Estate company</li><li>Giza resident.</li><li>Presentable.</li><li>V. Good Listening and negotiation skills.</li><li>V. good Leadership skills.</li><li>Good command in English.</li><li>Dedicated</li></ul>
