You will assist with various sales-related activities, coordination, and administrative tasks to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external clients.</p><p><br></p><p>·Ideal candidate with strong MS office and excel skills to manage, build and create daily, weekly monthly & quarterly sales and stock reports</p><p>·Hands on experience and understanding of IT products, proven track record of designing and deliver sales reports like Sell-in Sell-out reports, Shipment reports, Stock & inventory, other sales related reports and dashboard</p><p>·Will be responsible for seamless coordinator with internal and external stakeholders including distributors & suppliers to collect and process relevant authorization letter for registration & onboarding process </p><p>·Handling day to day reports for stocks and coordination with sales & warehouse team to block the stocks</p><p>·Must have understanding of sales cycle in IT vendor and communicate stock moment during different sales cycle/stage in timely manner to relevant departments on a daily and weekly basis.</p><p>·Will be a key person to be working closely will sales head & Marketing team for communcaition of giveaways pre and post marketing event.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Supporting Actions:</strong></p><p>·Escalate any customer complaints issue to sales team that cannot be resolved by self </p><p>·Facilitating, solving work problems and participating in the activities of the sales cycle</p><p>·Maintaining cordial relationships between the internal team and the external customers, in order to maximize business.</p><p>·Be a team player and share different business aspects and experiences.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>What Talent do you bring?</u></strong></p><p>· Graduate with 3-4 years’ experience (2 years relevant experience in IT industry a must)</p><p>· Excellent written and communication skills</p><p>· Basics grounding of the technical nature of IT products </p><p>· Good analytical skills </p><p>· Excellent PC skills including Excel and PowerPoint</p><p>· Self-starter, self-motivated and a team player </p><p>· Attention to details, team player and time management skills,</p><p>· Good planning and self-organizing skills</p><p>· Customer orientated, approachable.</p><p>· Multi-taker and works well under pressure</p><p>· Driving license </p><p>· Multinational experience</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>What’s in it for you?</u></strong></p><p>You will get a great opportunity to be part of global leader with a presence in more than 170 countries.
