Here you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and smooth running of operations and CDD/ EDD management for the Compliance Department and maintaining adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>To join our team, you will have: </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree qualified in a relevant field</li><li>ACAMS certification from either UK/US/ Germany or France or equivalent</li><li>Recent experience in a compliance Leadership role</li><li>Specialized knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience in the area of compliance</li><li>Expert knowledge of AML laws and regulations</li><li>Full knowledge on Economic Substance Regulation procedures</li><li>A self-Starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.</li><li>Outstanding attention to detail</li><li>Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive compliance data.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities will include: </strong></p><ul><li>Maintaining an effective Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, procedures, process, and controls </li><li>Ensuring the KYC, CDD and EDD checks for new and existing clients are on an on-going basis as per the organization’s requirements and in accordance with the UAE AML/CFT standards</li><li>Working closely with the relevant internal teams to ensure smooth application process for submission to the authorities. </li><li>Assisting in creating, implementing, and monitoring KYC, Risk Assessment, Due Diligence, AML and UBO framework and processes.</li><li>Keeping up to date with AML/CFT/TFS UAE law &amp; Regulations and understand, ESR, GoAML and UBO relevant laws and regulations.</li><li> Monitoring compliance with UAE relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies &amp; procedures.</li><li> Implementing all relevant new legal and regulatory developments within the compliance framework. </li><li>Verifying that all regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated to relevant stakeholders.</li><li> Conduct periodic internal reviews and audits to ensure that compliance policy &amp; procedures are followed.</li><li> Developing control systems to prevent, or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.</li><li> Assisting in implementing improvements in communication, monitoring, or enforcement of compliance standards.</li><li>Analyzing risks to minimize losses or damages and maintain a compliance risk register. </li><li>Assisting in developing a software technology to adequately provide oversight and monitoring in all required areas.</li><li> Guiding the business during the process to identify areas where they may be exposed to fraud/corruption, financial loss and reputation damage, and implement relevant control to mitigate that risk and ensure compliance with all regulations.</li><li> Determining gaps in our optimization process and make recommendations for continued regulatory compliance </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Working At Creative Zone Group</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>We pride ourselves in assisting some of the biggest Multinationals and start-ups launch their business in the UAE.
