We are looking for a Package Engineering Leads with the following details :<p><br></p>Location : To be confirm – Doha/India/Vietnam/Malaysia/Oman/China/Indonesia/Singapore/Korea Duration : Jul 2023 – Dec 2025<p><br></p>Work Status : Resident, Single<p><br></p>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Engineering degree in a technical discipline. Experience: minimum15 years’ experience in engineering field in Oil and Gas activities, Experience in managing organizations of significant size with at least 3 years managing multidiscipline engineering team. Offshore Engineering experience, multidiscipline is required, Good knowledge of industry codes, standards, and legislations on HSE aspect, Process and safety backgrounds are preferred. Experience of significant project performed in an existing field is a plus Available for world-wide missions, Familiar with Total general specifications is a plus, Language: fluent English, Computer literate, Strong leadership skills and good communication skills to animate a multi-cultural team, Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment. ACCOUNTABILITIES Ensure Engineering Dossier is delivered with a robust definition and fit for purpose design that can be procured, fabricated, transported, installed, and operated safely, meeting the requirements of COMPANY standard, and contractual requirements. Ensure engineering schedule and progress are managed, are controlled and reliable; engineering gates are performed with design at required maturity level. Ensure engineering development is consolidated with stake holders and stays within its assigned scope as per SOR and Project Basis of Design Ensure engineering risks are identified, listed, and managed. Engineering arbitrations and decisions are made in time. Ensure package engineering team is staffed, competent and perform CPY reviews and validations in time as per contract. Is the focal point for all engineering subjects related to the package, including engineering scope management, change management, engineering manning and resources, engineering planning, progress, and budget.
