Along with offsite facilities, the company has the expertise, technology, and systems to provide a wide range of products and services relating to client records.</p><p><strong>Job Role</strong></p><p>The assets Assessor is responsible for the technical work associated with the assets. Valuation for all types of assets, and special purpose properties and duties.</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Investigates and analyses assets sales to determine and verify sale price and any pricing influences in an open market sale for valuation purposes.</li><li>Prepares and assigns work to Field Assessors to maintain a continuous workflow. Verifies field work completion in a timely manner.</li><li>Collects, catalogues and analyses income, expense, and financial performance information.</li><li>Analyses and interprets legal documents such as lease agreements and contracts.</li><li>Produces special reports for the line manager.</li><li>Provides opinions and estimates of condition, and functionality of improvements using a review of maps, deeds, and surveys. Determines and records ownership, boundary, and location details.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Special Knowledge</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of assets management and assets assessing.</li><li>Expert in assets field in both sector government and private.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualification:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor degree in business administration or in related field. </li><li>5 years’ Experience.</li></ul><p></p>
