Property Acquisition Manager

<p>We are seeking an experienced manager to join our growing team and help us acquire new properties for our vacation rental business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with at least 3 years of experience in the field. Additionally, having a background in real estate or hospitality is preferred. The candidate will speak Arabic and English.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire new properties for vacation rentals</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry</li><li>Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends</li><li>Negotiate and finalize agreements with property owners, including lease agreements and purchase contracts</li><li>Work with our marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns to promote new properties</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>At least 3 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders</li><li>A background in real estate or hospitality is preferred</li><li>Experience in negotiating and finalizing agreements with property owners</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently</li><li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li></ul><p><br></p><p>We offer a competitive salary with high commissions and the opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team.
