Junior Business Analyst /Architect Engineer

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong engineering background and finance acumen that can achieve full potential and make a difference.</span></p><p><strong>Job Description-</strong></p><p><span>- Prepare feasibility studies for opportunities and perform cash flow analysis.</span></p><p><span>- Create HBU analysis and a master layout of lands.</span></p><p><span>- Create financial models, market research, and other analysis.</span></p><p><span>- Support valuation and appraisal of market opportunities.</span></p><p><span>- Develop feasibility studies for projects to achieve maximum profitability.</span></p><p><span>- Follow-up with design and budget team according to the feasibility study.</span></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong><span>-</span></p><p><span>- Bachelor degree in Architectural Engineering.</span></p><p><span>- Excellence in analytical and communicative skills.</span></p><p><span>- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.</span></p><p><span>- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and Primavera.</span></p><p><span>- Understanding of the real estate development cycle.</span></p><p><span>- Prior background in construction.</span></p><p><span>- Ability to multi-task, manage time, and workload.</span></p><p><span>- 1-3 years of relevant experience and/or an experience in cost control, quantity surveying, estimation, and tendering.</span></p><p><span>- Fluency in both English and Arabic.</span></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
