<p><strong><span>Responsibilities</span></strong>:</p><br><p><span><span>●<span> </span></span></span><span>Establishing the policy and procedure for project departments. </span></p><br><p><span><span>●<span> </span></span></span><span>Developing the criteria for project success according to the organization goals. </span></p><br><p><span><span>●<span> </span></span></span><span>Review the bidding documents for each project and make sure that comply with the project objective. </span></p><br><p><span><span>●<span> </span></span></span><span>Conduct regular meetings with executive management to review the organization targets. </span></p><br><p><span><span>●<span> </span></span></span><span>Identify the main scope of works, deliverables, budgets, and schedule for projects in initial phases. </span></p><br><p><span><span>●<span> </span></span></span><span>Managing and leading the design and construction of new developments based on client specification. </span></p><br><p><span><span>●<span> </span></span></span><span>Review the bidding documents and contracts for contractors, consultant agents, vendors, and suppliers. </span></p><br><p><span><span>●<span> </span></span></span><span>Analysis and review the financial statements, sales incomes, and profits for projects. • Review the project expenditures, incomes, and budgets. • Leading the marketing and sales to achieve the organization targets. </span></p><br><p><span><span>●<span> </span></span></span><span>Identifying the best strategies for maximize the profits and minimize the risks in real estate properties. </span></p><br><p><span><span>●<span> </span></span></span><span>Directing and managing technical office, construction, PMO, marketing, procurements, and infrastructure departments in project. </span></p><br><p><span><span>●<span> </span></span></span><span>Coordinating with relevant stakeholders for new project development to meet the project objective. </span></p><br><p><span><span>●<span> </span></span></span><span>Review the project risks and provide the mitigation plan. </span></p><br><p><span><span>●<span> </span></span></span><span>Managing and leading that planning, execution, and control of the real estate construction. </span></p><br><p><span><span>●<span> </span></span></span><span>Maintain regular contact with key stakeholder to keep them aware of project developments and seek feedback from them, so that the company can effectively implement a program of continuous improvement. </span></p><br><p><span><span>●<span> </span></span></span><span>Implement plans and analyze on return on investment or cost-benefit</span></p>
