Further information about Lear is available at lear.com, or follow us on Twitter @LearCorporation<p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> 5 years experience in a similar position </li><li> Degree: Engineer or equivalent </li><li> Developed common sense </li><li> Knowledge of automotive industry standards (APQP, PPAP, G8D….) </li><li> Capacity to support stressed situation, work in team, and work in shopfloor </li><li> Good communicator and listener </li><li> Leadership </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Manage a headcount of 2 team collaborators </li><li> Deal and communicate internally and with suppliers </li><li> Maintain and improve the QMS </li><li> Successes and follow up new launches with suppliers and its PPAP </li><li> Suppliers monitoring and their results improvements </li><li> Review operational performance on daily basis and lead the correctional action plan </li><li> Review work of collaborators and team in shop floor to detect deviations / opportunity of improvement and put corrective action (Kaizen) </li><li> Manage weekly meetings with suppliers to review internal &amp; customers quality issues and its corresponding correctives actions </li><li> Manage weekly meeting with suppliers/ TDC/ Purchasing… to review ongoing PPAP documentation and push to get final approvals </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Linguistic Capabilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> English &amp; French are mandatory </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Work location : </u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Tangier </li></ul><p><br></p>Lear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace.<p><br></p>Applicants must submit their resumes for consideration using our applicant tracking system.
