<br><p>Objective: The Sales Representative Specialist / Account Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to deal closure, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving revenue targets.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads generated by the Sales Development team or through independent prospecting efforts to identify high-potential prospects.</li><li>Needs assessment: Engage in consultative conversations with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and objectives, and determine how the company’s products or services can address their specific requirements.</li><li>Sales presentation and product demonstration: Present the product or service to prospects, showcasing its features, benefits, and value proposition. Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, or other events to highlight the product’s capabilities and relevance to the prospect’s needs.</li><li>Handling objections: Address any concerns or objections raised by prospects during the sales process by providing additional information, offering alternative solutions, or alleviating their doubts.</li><li>Closing the sale: Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and other details with prospects, and close deals by obtaining signed agreements or purchase orders.</li><li>Account management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or referrals. Collaborate with the support team to address any issues or concerns that may arise.</li><li>CRM management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, sales activities, and deal status in the company’s CRM system.</li><li>Performance tracking: Monitor and report on individual and team sales performance metrics, such as revenue, deal size, and sales cycle length.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.</li><li>3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment or within the specific industry the company operates in.</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and demonstrate products or services.</li><li>Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.</li><li>Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).</li></ul>
