We adopt and live our Values which are; High Quality Operations, Patient Centricity, Passion for Excellence, Respect and Integrity.</p><p>https://elixirpharma-eg.com/</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>About the Job</u></strong>:</p><p>The <strong>Recruitment Senior Officer </strong>is accountable to manage the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, including participation in annual Manpower plan, developing new job profiles, job posting, screening, interviewing applicants, making hiring recommendation and headhunting projects. S/He will also be responsible for the Employee Engagement activities and Employer Branding.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Brief Job Duties and Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Ensure the execution of the overall hiring strategy of the organization.</li><li>Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate with them for interviews with prospective applicant.</li><li>Work to regularly enhance the assessment process and tools for every position.</li><li>Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.</li><li>Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.</li><li>Keep records of all documentation used for recruitment, including CV, application, interview notes, interview evaluation form and related paperwork.</li><li>Ensure proper on-boarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.</li><li>Maintain the relationship with external recruitment vendors.</li><li>Establishing Communication with universities, student organizations and alumni clubs.</li><li>Participate in designing social media presence and channels related to recruitment and employer branding.</li><li>Create and monitor key HR metrics and reports, including time to fill, time to hire and source of hire.</li><li>Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.</li><li>Build and lead employer branding strategy.</li><li>Lead initiatives at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.</li><li>Lead Internal employee engagement &amp; wellbeing activities from idea to execution.</li><li>Provide support to the full spectrum of HR functions as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>What we are looking for</u></strong>:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree of related field.</li><li>+5 years of experience in Human Resources – Preferably in Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement.</li><li>Previous experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry is highly considered.</li><li>Experience with handling C.V. databases, social media platforms and headhunting experience.</li><li>Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.</li><li>Experience with full cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office.</li><li>Creative mindset with original ideas.</li><li>Good communication &amp; presentation skills, including proficiency in English language.</li><li>Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and meet timelines on deliverable; ability to work in a high-velocity environment.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Interested candidates can apply via hr@elixirpharma-eg.com mentioning (Recruitment Sr. Officer – “Candidate Name”) in the email subject.</p>
