The ideal candidates must be able to assist clients in making sound property investment decisions. To be successful as a property consultant, you should be proactive and keep abreast of the latest developments in property laws. Ultimately, an exceptional property consultant should be able to demonstrate effective negotiation skills and secure the best real estate deals for our clients!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• List and sell residential and commercial properties.</p><p>• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buvers and sellers.</p><p>• Go on buyers’ appointments</p><p>• Go on Listing appointments</p><p>• Must have a car and can drive</p><p>• Full-time position</p><p>• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value</p><p>• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures</p><p>• Must be open for Growth.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>• 2 year of Dubai Real estate experience</p><p>• have a car and driving license</p><p>• ready to join Immediately</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Package</strong></p><p>Generous commission paid on each deal</p><p>Monthly salary structure for the right candidate</p><p>Excellent career progression opportunities .</p><p><br></p>
