<p><strong>Sitecore</strong></p><p><strong>Education</strong></p><p> Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)</p><p>Experience</p><p> Minimum 5 years of development and design experience in Sitecore</p><p> Should be a certified Sitecore Developer</p><p> Should have good experience of defining and creating templates and pages</p><p> Experience on custom rules and personalization</p><p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p><p> Should have development and design experience in ASP.NET, C#, MVC, SQL</p><p> Good knowledge on Helix architecture and Sitecore development</p><p> Should be expert on customization in Sitecore</p><p> Should have experience on customization of Sitecore content API exposed to other applications</p><p> Should have strong skills on creating Sitecore websites</p><p> Experience on deployment and support on Sitecore scaled environment</p><p><strong>Functional Skills</strong></p><p> Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred</p><p> Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices</p><p> Experience in Agile methodology</p><p> Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization</p><p> Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies</p><p><strong>Soft Skills</strong></p><p> Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience”</p><p> Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization</p><p> Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management</p>
