<p>We are looking for a dynamic ,skilled and detail-oriented Architect / Architectural Draftsman to lead the Architecture studio. The candidate should be pro-active and able to multi task. The candidate should be able to work independently as well as be able to handle a team based on the type of project. As part of your job role, you should be able to create concept designs and technical drawings using CAD software and tools. Besides, you should have an understanding of the building codes, specifications, and the ability to analyze the same.&nbsp; Moreover, you should be willing to visit construction sites and perform measurements. </p><p><br></p><p>The candidate should be able to “Think out of the box” for evaluating designs and evolving solutions that are aesthetic yet practical.You should keep yourself up-to-date with the latest developments and technologies in architectural designs. </p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Write to us if you can take up the job responsibilities. We would like to have a word with you.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Analyzing and understanding the building specifications, sites, and codes&nbsp;</li><li>Referring to the architectural sketches and specifications for creating blueprints and technical drawings&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring that the technical drawings have correct measurements, codes, and calculations mentioned&nbsp;</li><li>Using CAD / BIM software to create technical drawings </li><li>Updating CAD data into BIM systems for rendering and 3D modelling purposes&nbsp;</li><li>Awareness of 3D software for developing concept design renders</li><li>Awareness of local authority regulations</li><li>Coordination with local authorities ( DM, DDA, Trakhees)</li><li>Calculating dimensions and performing measurements by visiting construction sites as and when needed&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring to adhere to the industry standards and safety regulations at all times&nbsp;</li><li>Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, developments, and technologies in architectural designs&nbsp;</li></ul>Requirements&nbsp;<ul><li>Relevant degree / diploma in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field&nbsp;</li><li>Proven work experience in the Construction industry as an Architectural Draftsman, Architectural Drafter, or a similar role&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with Industrial buildings ( Logistic and Production facilities) , Offices and Retail facilities </li><li>Excellent hand on knowledge of CAD software such as AUTOCAD, ArchiCAD, Autodesk Revit</li><li>Excellent hand on knowledge of 3D software </li><li>Familiarity with various architectural codes, specifications, and designs&nbsp;</li><li>Understanding of the industry standards and safety regulations&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent drafting and mechanical skills&nbsp;</li><li>Strong mathematical skills&nbsp;</li><li>Having a keen eye for detail&nbsp;</li><li>Good time management and organizational skills&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively&nbsp;</li><li>Good multitasking abilities&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to manage strict deadlines&nbsp;</li><li>Good communication skills ( Knowledge of English mandatory)</li><li>Ability to offer excellent customer service</li></ul>
