You will be responsible for designing and executing interior design projects, while managing a team of interior designers that meet the needs and vision of our clients.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li><span>Develop design concepts and create 2D plans and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) </span></li></ul><p><span>Software</span></p><ul><li><span>Collaborate with the operations team to understand the functional requirements.</span></li><li><strong>Manage a team of interior designers</strong><span> to fulfil the tasks provided.</span></li><li><span>Select materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the client’s design vision.</span></li><li><strong>Create detailed specifications and drawings</strong><span> for contractors and vendors.</span></li><li><strong>Attend construction and installation site visits </strong><span>to ensure that designs are executed according to </span></li></ul><p><span>plan.</span></p><ul><li><strong>Collaborate with team members and stakeholders</strong><span> to ensure that design projects align with overall </span></li></ul><p><span>company goals and brand identity.</span></p><ul><li><span>Stay up-to-date on current design trends and industry best practices.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>Requirements:</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.</span></li><li><strong>At least 6 years of experience</strong><span> in interior design.</span></li><li><strong>At least 4 years of experience in Interior Fit-out.</strong></li><li><span>Proficient in CAD software (e.g. SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit).</span></li><li><span>Strong visual and spatial skills.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with materials, finishes, and furnishings.</span></li><li><strong>Strong team management skills</strong><span>.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>If you think you are a good fit for this role, we encourage you to apply.</span></p><p><br></p>
