<p>Currently hiring for a Personal/Admin assistant based in Dubai for our growing Team.</p><p><br></p><p>As an Admin Assistant, you will work closely with the MD and other senior management to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis. The role will be great for a dynamic sharp individual who understands a start-up environment. </p><p><br></p><p>You will play a pivotal role in helping other Team members to make best use of their time with administrative and secretarial tasks.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities include:</p><p>· Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls.</p><p>· Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.</p><p>· Liaising with Clients where necessary, following up on invoices</p><p>· Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.</p><p>· Organizing events and conferences.</p><p>· Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.</p><p>· Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.</p><p>· Managing databases as well as ensuring Team members are organised</p><p>· Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.</p><p>· Collating and filing expenses.</p><p>· Conducting research on behalf of the manager.</p><p>· Organizing the manager’s personal commitments .</p><p>· Some elements of marketing, social media management.</p><p>· Attending business meeting in and outdoor inside and also outside UAE as per work need</p><p>· May be required to work outside of office hours during busy periods</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications and Skills</p><p>· Minimum 2-3 years’ experience is required</p><p>· Presentable and well spoken</p><p>· Strong negotiation and presentation skills</p><p>· Excellent skills for excel power-point is a must</p><p>· Great command of Microsoft office</p><p>· Have some experience in Marketing, social media management</p><p>· Candidates with their own visa will ONLY be considered </p><p><br></p><p>Salary, flexible working hours, hybrid working and commission will be offered to the successful candidate.</p><p><br></p><p>This role would be perfect for candidates looking to get back into work after Maternity leave and would appreciate a role that advocates work/life balance</p><p><br></p><p>Please apply for further details</p>
