<p><strong>Position Summary: </strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>We are currently seeking for an experienced Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, expanding and developing new business opportunities and closing sales and increasing sales volume to achieve established annual sales goals for the market.</span></p><p><span>The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. </span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Responsibilities:</strong><span> </span><sup> </sup></p><ul><li><span>Identifying key market opportunities & companies involved with end user details.</span></li><li><span>Develop relationships with current and potential companies & end users and responsible for meeting commercial targets via AAF Solution selling approach. </span></li><li><span>Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal.</span></li><li><span>Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals</span></li><li><span>Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.</span></li><li><span>Make recommendations on product enhancements for improved sales potential.</span></li><li><span>Evaluate appropriate new sales techniques and ensure their implementation to increase sales volumes.</span></li><li><span>Manage, lead and conduct training for the sales team to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.</span></li><li><span>Performs technical and commercial review of client enquiry & competitor product information. </span></li><li><span>Provides market data for product/sales development & competitor products presently sold to Facilities Management. </span></li><li><span>Prepares required sales and marketing tools for executing jobs efficiently and in a short time. </span></li><li><span>Gathers information related to product applications, technical assistance, pricing strategies and competitive information to field sales.</span></li><li><span>Participates in meetings or direct communications with customers or field sales offices to assist in resolution of problems or complaints.</span></li><li><span>Prepares and distributes literature, pricing information, technical data, and promotional material to customers & develop long-term contracts. </span></li><li><span>Maintains a teamwork philosophy with other departments to facilitate problem solving and provide good customer service.</span></li><li><span>Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. </span></li><li><span>Support in collection of Account Receivables and maintain a proper credit control with customers. </span></li></ul><p><span><span class=”ql-cursor”></span></span></p><p><strong><em>Requirements / Qualifications</em></strong></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer or similar</span></li><li><span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic & English).</span></li><li><span>Minimum 8 years of experience</span><strong> </strong><span>in similar role level (sales of technical products/energy-based solutions in HVAC Industry or in Air Side/AHU service division with field sales. </span></li><li><span>Proven exposure to the market leaders of companies and consultants.</span></li><li><span>Customer Focused – Excellent attitude towards getting a job done quickly and to the highest standards; Solution Focused.</span></li><li><span>Enthusiastic about the product and willingness to learn and develop throughout the company.</span></li><li><span>Commercial acumen towards business.</span></li><li><span>Excellent MS Office skills</span></li><li><span>Driving License is a must</span></li><li><span>Must have Transferable Iqama</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>When applying, please ensure you attached your CV</strong></p><p><br></p>
