<strong>Program Manager / Senior Program Manager, Corporate Innovation – to support the digital transformation of corporate and government institutions</strong><p><br></p><strong>Location: Riyadh, KSA / Dubai, UAE</strong><p><br></p><strong>Language: Fluent in English, (Fluency in Arabic is preferred, but not a must)</strong><p><br></p><strong>Start time: This is an urgent role – project basis. From July 10 – Dec 30. You will own the end-to-end design of the program and become a key ally of the leading stakeholder. You will also be identifying new value-adding activities in terms of content, networks and coaching that go above and beyond in delivering the best in entrepreneurial programs.<p><br></p><strong>Your future team:</strong><p><br></p>Team of high performing individuals with experience in big3 and big4 consulting companies and innovation strategy holding Master and MBA degrees. We expect you to learn fast and take on a challenge!<p><br></p><strong>Your potential projects:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Innovation strategy development (focus areas, initiatives definition, roadmap, KPIs, etc.)</li><li>Innovation processes development (stage-gate models, cross-organizational collaboration, governance, etc.)</li><li>Incubator, Accelerator and other innovation programs design and execution</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Your role tasks:</strong><p><br></p>Depending on the grade you will be responsible for:<p><br></p><ul><li>Project / program structuring</li><li>Building relationships with key stakeholders</li><li>Involvement of top-tier stakeholders for discovery interviews</li><li>Presentation materials preparation</li><li>Case studies and public data analysis</li><li>Project management involving internal AstroLabs’s employees and selected external Mentors</li><li>STEM degree (Master or MBA is a plus)</li><li>Have 4-6 years of experience in management consulting / investment banking / project management office / “in-house” strategy or innovation departments/ founder or founding team role(s) in a technology or tech enabled permit</li><li>Possess excellent PowerPoint and storytelling skills</li><li>Don’t afraid to prove your point to high-level stakeholders</li><li>Fluency in English (arabic is a plus)</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What’s In It For You</strong><p><br></p>IMPORTANT: Read this before you apply: https://go.astrolabs.com/astrolife<p><br></p>Your role will be to source innovative startups that will help with the digital transformation of a leading Beauty company at a regional level.<p><br></p>You will be exposed to the latest innovations in retail and beauty tech, and have the opportunity to intelligently drive recommendations and strategy discussions with our client.<p><br></p>Grow your network with smart and driven founders, building the most innovative products in the world.<p><br></p>You will become part of a high-performance team focused on helping our customers.
