<p><span>Kadoon is expanding its digital sales and eCommerce capabilities. We are looking for a commercial leader to our B2C and B2B eCommerce business unit. The right candidate will oversee growth for company platforms. In doing this he/she will work on multiple fronts with different teams to execute digital growth and eCommerce strategy and achieve business objectives related to growth, customer experience and innovation across multiple brands in the domains of beauty care, wellness, and spa solutions. In this role, the commercial leader will maintain and develop our platforms roadmap to provide exemplary customer experience in GCC.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li><span>&nbsp;</span><span>Defines the online, digital growth and e-commerce strategy for Kadoon platforms and business goals for each brand and through different digital channels for B2B and B2C.</span></li><li><span>Achieves monthly sales targets across Kadoon portfolio through digital platforms. </span></li><li><span> Lead telemarketing and tele-sales teams’ activities through different customer support teams and platforms.</span></li><li><span>Drives growth and development for Kadoon’s products by strategically building relationships with Amazon and other online marketing venues in GCC for B2B and B2C. Pioneers and creates new opportunities with ecommerce accounts, identifying white space and marketing opportunities to generate sales.</span></li><li><span>Ensures key products are featured, cross-sell &amp; up sells are allocated, and key customer journeys are reflected; leads the implementation of eCommerce related CRM initiatives and platforms.</span></li><li><span>Defines functional roadmap for B2C and B2B eCommerce platforms that serves growth targets.</span></li><li><span>Collaborates with in-house design team or outside resources for content creation, creating briefs; ensures content (copy/image/video assets) is on brand and optimal for digital performance.</span></li><li><span>Ensures compliance with payments &amp; return Management as per company policy.</span></li><li><span>Defines and oversees ongoing digital content planning and calendar: plan marketing activities, promotions, new product launches and other activities necessary to support the brands online and achieve sales goal; all in alignment with marketing team and brand managers.</span></li><li><span>Builds Kadoon brands as premium ecommerce supplier.</span></li><li><span>Acquires and retains customers by executing acquisition and retention strategies including paid media, weekly email campaigns and automation flows.</span></li></ol><p><span>12.&nbsp;</span><span>Performs regular audits of website content to ensure accuracy, timeliness and relevancy.</span></p><p><span>13.Creates and shares reports on sales, website KPIs and email campaigns performance. Reviews analytics and shares insights with direct manager.</span></p><p><span>14.&nbsp;</span><span>Maintains rigorous marketing intelligence and competition analysis of activities, proposes action plans and identifies opportunities for sales growth through market opportunities. </span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in relevant studies – engineering, information technology, marketing or computer science.</span></li><li><span>Impressive record of achieving eCommerce sales in B2C and B2B domains</span></li><li><span>Experience of related sales experience in GCC and onboarding products through digital and eCommerce channels. </span></li><li><span>Background in e- commerce/Logistics sales, essentially in the UAE. </span></li><li><span>· Strong Commercial Knowledge</span></li><li><span>5+ years’ experience in fully managing and growing sales through eCommerce </span></li><li><span>Experience in WooCommerce, Magento, Shopify and other platforms.</span></li><li><span>Strong knowledge of ERP, SCM and CRM application</span></li><li><span>Good knowledge and acquaintance with digital marketing tools, platforms with cloud contact center applications</span></li><li><span>Prior experience in designing customer journey maps on websites and mapping touchpoints to digital tools</span></li><li><span>Strong knowledge of omnichannel concepts and digital tools that realize omnichannel objectives.</span></li><li><span>Experience in eCommerce logistics optimization; prior knowledge of 3rd party logistics processes and vendors</span></li><li><span>Experience in utilizing digital platforms to generate business growth, competitive intelligence platforms and increase conversion rates.</span></li><li><span>Fluent in English and Arabic</span></li></ol><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
