Job Description
<p>Job Purpose:</p><p>The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for refining and optimizing the turnover of the online sales, by keeping sight of the products and its descriptions on the Website. </p><p><br></p><p>Main Duties & Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Creating product listings on the website, using product photos, descriptions, and pricing information provided by the company.</li><li>Maintaining relationships with the delivery company to ensure products are delivered on time and meet quality standards. </li><li><span>Focusing on the engagement metrics of the communications to track user engagement and recommend pivots in messaging to meet identified goals and objectives.</span></li><li>Handling customer complaints in communication with the Customer service and the Loss and Prevention; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.</li><li>Monitoring the sales performance of the E-Commerce and manage the inventory to ensure stock diversity and availability.</li><li>Assisting the online marketing presence, including on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram and decisions about promotions, online activities and discounted offers.</li><li><span>Managing stock by arranging returns, refunds, and exchanges where appropriate.</span></li><li><span>Reviewing product information, payment options, and any other relevant systems associated with the website to ensure they are visually appealing, accurate, and easy to use.</span></li><li><span>Possessing a full understanding of best practices in SEO</span>, Pricing, Media assets Keyword Research, Google Analytics.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications & Requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelorβs Degree in Business Administration or any related field </li><li>1 to 3 years of experience </li><li>Good communication and listening skills </li><li>Attention to details </li><li>Analytical skills </li><li>Problem solving skills </li><li>Time management</li></ul>
