Job Description

<p>Responsibilities: </p><ul><li>Prepare coordination drawings (or composite drawing) based on project’s design drawings in accurate with quality standard.</li><li>Update and make if the site need the shop drawing log before sending the shop drawing to consultant for approvals.</li><li>Revision subcontractors’ shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.</li><li>Coordinate with surveying engineer to provide him all the information about land coordinates and any site measurement required.</li><li>Revise as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant.</li><li>Design and create three-dimensional models based on a client’s specifications and requirements. Your duties will include developing a 3D design for new products, reviewing and enhancing the 3D design of existing products, and understanding project requirements. Using computer-aided design (CAD) tools, you will develop a design layout for complex projects as well as primary models and sketches for final product design. As a 3D designer, you are also responsible for participating in brainstorming sessions and team meetings.</li><li>Aid with various drafting services in AutoCAD and Revit.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Competencies: </p><ul><li>Knowledge of construction materials and methods, CAD, Revit, Photoshop and design analysis and modern structural systems.</li><li>Professional knowledge in Construction, methods, and applications</li><li>Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in design or related field or relevant work experience</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator</li><li>Experience on various social media platforms</li><li>Artistic and wrought iron decorative purposes previous experience is a PLUS</li></ul>
