We are<strong> </strong>based in Business Bay and looking for a Team Player who is goal and target-oriented.</p><p><br></p><p>Our ideal candidate has a combination of strong negotiation skills, outstanding business insight, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Employment Type: </strong>Full Time</p><p><strong>Seniority level:</strong> Executive</p><p><strong>Job Functions:</strong> Sales Executive</p><p><strong>Industry:</strong> Business Setup / Company Formation</p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Establish client rapport by engaging and introducing the packages, procedures, and services through sales calls.</li><li>Contact prospective clients using meetings, online, emails, or any other method suitable as assigned.</li><li>Learn about competitors’ products and consumers’ interests and concerns to answer questions and provide comprehensive information.</li><li>Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.</li><li>Provide timely and accurate close deals.</li><li>Identify the target market for possible leads and customer potential</li><li>Execute processes for licenses, security, visas, establishment card, etc…</li><li>Provide a weekly Sales report with a positive goal.</li><li>Support deep-dive analysis of business problems, conclusions, and solutions.</li><li>Maintain professional standards and a positive outlook towards work, team members, and clients.</li><li>Follow-up on leads and prospects generated through any of our marketing channels.</li><li>Adheres to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes</li><li>Assist company executives in implementing the companyβs marketing/sales goals.</li><li>Maintain relationships with existing customer base through regularly scheduled visits</li><li>Proactively make recommendations to improve direct marketing campaigns to open new channels, and increase income and cost efficiency.</li><li>Meet personal and team sales targets.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>2-3 years of UAE experience in Company Formation is a must. Working for a reputable business setup consultant is a plus. </li><li>Knowledge of: Company formation procedure for FZ and the mainland, PRO services, Contract system, etc.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Develop Sales & Marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Target Oriented</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field required</li><li>IT Literate with Microsoft Office Application Tools (Knowledge of any CRM system is a plus)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What is in it for you? </strong></p><p><br></p><p>We have a diversity and inclusion culture.
