<p><strong>Kinetic</strong> has partnered with a leading <strong>Medical Devices</strong> company who are hiring a <strong>Legal Counsel</strong> to be based in <strong>KSA.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Saudi Nationals are encouraged to apply for this position.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Please note that you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered. If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key aspects of the role include:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Providing legal advice and guidance to stakeholders on day-to-day matters.</li><li>Drafting and solidifying agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.</li><li>Collaborate with Global and local compliance to promote a culture of compliance within the coverage.</li><li>Providing legal support and participating in region-wide initiatives or special projects.</li><li>Develop templates and legal procedures to mitigate risks.</li><li>Consult with HR and outside counsel on employment-related matters.</li><li>Maintain and manage outside counsel.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>To be successful you will need to meet the following:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Saudi Nationals are encouraged to apply for this position.</strong></li><li><strong>Qualified and licensed to practice law in KSA.</strong></li><li><strong>Minimum 4-6 legal experience within Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology/Medical Devices/in-house legal counsel or healthcare industry.</strong></li><li>Ability to travel within the assigned region.</li><li><strong>Outstanding verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.</strong></li><li>Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.</li><li>A high degree of professional ethics and integrity.</li><li>Sound judgment and ability to analyse situations and information.</li><li>Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>***We check all applications and suitable candidates will be contacted within 5 working days.
