Our team can deal with complex cases across different jurisdictions, offering tailored solutions for each client鈥檚 needs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. </p><p>路 Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.</p><ul><li>Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Excel, etc.) of prospective client information</li><li>Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.</li><li>Meeting with potential clients and convert them into active to close monthly, weekly and annual target.</li><li>Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.</li><li>Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with potential clients</li><li>Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.</li><li>Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.</li><li>Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of proposals etc.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>路 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (master鈥檚 degree preferred).</p><p>路 Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role.</p><p>路 Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.</p><p>路 Excellent communication and presentation skills.</p><p>路 Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.</p><p>路 Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.</p><p>路 Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.</p><p>路 Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.</p><p>路 Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.</p><p>路 Willingness to travel as required.</p><p><strong><u>Education & Experience: </u></strong></p><p>路 1-6 years of experience into Business Development role</p><p>路 Must have Completed bachelor鈥檚 degree.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
